We are on the lookout for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our wonderful Wanneroo team. This is your chance to take on a clinical leadership role, support others in their development, and make a difference in people’s lives—every single day.
About the role:
As a Senior Speech Pathologist at Superyou, you’ll:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based services across communication, swallowing, AAC, and social skills

Supervise and mentor Speech Pathologists while working closely with the Team Leader

Help manage caseloads and drive clinical service planning and improvements
-
Support the recruitment and induction of new SPs and contribute to student placements

Represent Superyou Therapy in internal and external networks
What we’re looking for:

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology + SPA membership

3+ years' experience as a Speech Pathologist

Proven experience in clinical supervision or leadership

A collaborative, flexible, and positive mindset

Passion for person-centred, quality service delivery

NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC & First Aid Certificate

Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
