Jodie Herberte

Jodie Herberte is an Occupational Therapist with a strong aspiration to make a positive impact on people’s lives. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve independence and improve their quality of life, particularly through her special interest in vehicle modifications and driving assessments. Jodie finds great joy in supporting people to access their communities independently, enabling them to enjoy the freedom that comes with having a driver’s licence. Her favourite part of the job is witnessing the moment when someone passes their practical driving assessment and receives the keys to their own modified vehicle. She joined Superyou because of its innovative approach to therapy, which embraces new ideas to better support the individuals they work with.

Hayley Nasi

Hayley Nasi is an Occupational Therapist with a keen focus on supporting individuals in their everyday activities, ensuring access, safety, independence, and leisure participation. Her special interests include Complex Home Modifications, Specialist Disability Accommodation Assessments, and Assistive Technology, and is also passionate about Neurodiverse Affirming Practice to assist both adults and children across various life stages. Hayley finds joy in helping people acquire new skills and in facilitating their access to diverse environments. She joined Superyou to enhance the therapeutic process and support clinicians in innovating their practice.

Harman Phillips

Harman Phillips is a dedicated physiotherapist with four years of experience in the disability sector. Initially motivated by a desire to help individuals improve their function and mobility through rehabilitation, Harman has expanded his focus to include equipment prescription. He has a keen interest in assistive technology, particularly in postural and pressure care, as well as neurological rehabilitation. Harman finds great satisfaction in assisting clients to achieve meaningful goals and joined Superyou with the aim of contributing to an organisation committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for its clients.

Jordan-Tyla Cable

Jordan is a Speech Pathologist who has a passion for supporting individuals with complex communication needs. She has a particular interest in speech sound disorders and assistive technology, but is also passionate about mental health, executive functions, literacy, and language development. Jordan joined Superyou when she recognised Superou’s commitment to thinking outside the box and providing supports to individuals wherever, whenever, and however it is needed. She also values the flexible working at Superyou, that allows her to maintain a positive work-life balance. This means her cup is always full and she’s able to give 100% to all her clients!
