She appreciates the rewarding nature of her role, particularly in building relationships with families and witnessing client progress. Matilda joined Superyou to collaborate with a team that shares her commitment to making a positive impact and fostering an inclusive therapy atmosphere. She believes that Reimagining Therapy involves tailoring services to meet the unique needs of clients while embracing a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

Megan Ong

Megan Ong is an Occupational Therapist who enjoys the variety of her role, as each day brings new experiences. She joined Superyou for its supportive and structured Kickstarter program, which offers a fun work environment, realistic expectations, and comprehensive training to enhance her professional knowledge. To her, reimagining therapy means ensuring that it is person-centred, with tailored approaches that emphasise open communication with clients and their families.

Jessica Dickson

Jessica Dickson is an experienced Occupational Therapist with 16.5 years in the disability sector. Her passion for helping others stems from her personal experiences with her brother, who lives with disabilities, which inspired her to choose a career that emphasises holistic support aligned with individual goals. Jessica has developed specialised knowledge in assistive technology, focusing on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), computer access, environmental control, and gaming. She enjoys problem-solving and crafting creative solutions that empower individuals to engage in meaningful activities, whether it’s playing video games or connecting with friends. Jessica joined Superyou for its commitment to both clients and staff, fostering professional growth and embracing innovative ideas. She believes that reimagining therapy involves adapting to the unique needs of individuals at various life stages, ensuring that therapy is relevant and impactful. Jessica has also contributed to the field through presentations at numerous conferences and has provided training on assistive technology to healthcare professionals and educators.

Sara Yong

Sara Yong is a Speech Pathologist with experience working in both Malaysia and Australia. Her passion for this field ignited while tutoring a client with a learning disability, where she observed the profound impact of tailored support. Encouraged by her aunt’s 40 years of experience working with children with disabilities, Sara found her calling in speech pathology, which she views as a rewarding profession that can significantly improve lives. She has a special interest in supporting clients with mealtime difficulties and enjoys interacting with clients and their families, celebrating their progress in communication and confidence. Sara joined Superyou because its objectives resonate with her values, particularly the emphasis on growth and learning from mistakes.

Sarah Golding

Sarah Golding is an Occupational Therapist with previous experience as a community allied health assistant and support worker. She chose this career path due to her appreciation for its holistic approach and the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of individuals, finding each interaction to be unique and meaningful. Sarah enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities to help them achieve their personalised goals, with a growing interest in collaborating with those who have neurological disabilities. Her favourite part of the job is celebrating therapy wins, both big and small, alongside her clients.

Danny McAuliffe

Danny McAuliffe is a dedicated physiotherapist with 11 years of experience, including 4 months in the disability sector. His passion for sport and Human Biology led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy, and he also has a particular interest in scapulothoracic rhythm. Danny is passionate about acute care, intensive care, and complex acute rehabilitation and finds joy in meeting the diverse individuals he interacts with daily. Danny appreciates being part of a progressive allied health team at Superyou, where he supports clients with varying abilities. And how’s this for a fun fact – Danny is a qualified blacksmith who enjoys forging during the weekends!

Cadence Bok

Cadence Bok is a Speech Pathologist who transitioned from a background in PR to a more fulfilling career that helps people to have a ‘voice’ and express themselves. Her passion lies in AAC, driven by a personal understanding of communication barriers. Cadence finds joy in empowering clients with a voice, especially through AAC!

Chloe Catalano

Chloe is an Occupational Therapist who enjoys the variety and challenge of her role. She is particularly passionate about driving therapy, recognising the importance of driving independence in people’s lives. Chloe finds joy in witnessing her clients’ progress, no matter how small. She joined Superyou because of the team’s welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to specialise in driving therapy. Chloe believes in a dynamic and innovative approach to therapy that empowers clients to achieve their goals.

Bethany is an Occupational Therapist passionate about working with children, particularly in early childhood. She enjoys the creative aspect of OT and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
