Joni Howell is a dedicated speech pathologist and clinical manager with 18 years of experience as a speech pathologist. Passionate about making a meaningful impact in people’s lives, Joni focuses on helping clients achieve success in their relationships, education, and work. Joni has a strong interest in working with paediatric clients and their families, fostering stronger relationships and understanding within the family unit. She is particularly dedicated to supporting school-aged children’s literacy development and their access to the academic curriculum. Joni finds joy in witnessing her clients’ progress and the positive changes it brings to their families. As a manager, she enjoys coaching and developing other clinicians, contributing to their professional growth and enhancing the quality of care for clients. Suzanne Lim is Superyou’s Clinical Manager of Bassendean and Wanneroo, and a Speech Pathologist with 13 years of experience in the disability sector. Inspired by witnessing the transformative power of communication during volunteer work, she’s passionate about helping neurodivergent clients, particularly those who are autistic. At Superyou, Suzanne enjoys supporting her team and seeing clients achieve their goals. She believes in a creative and innovative approach to therapy. Her advice to students?
